What this site processes

The web server keeps a technical log of each request: IP address, browser identifier, time of the request and the address opened. This is needed to run the site and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the site.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site, forwards requests and protects it. Cloudflare processes the same technical data.

What this site does not do

xqaw.ee itself uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts and images are on our own server.

bibi.ee departure board

The home page shows a bibi.ee departure board. Your browser loads it from the bibi.ee server, so that server sees your IP address and browser identifier. bibi.ee counts board views with Rybbit, which uses no cookies. bibi.ee is also a project of xqaw osaühing.

Correspondence

If you email us, the message stays in our mailbox for as long as needed to answer your question.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we process about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to w@xqaw.ee. If you believe we are violating your rights, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
